汽轮机润滑油系统的清洁程度是影响机组安全与经济运行的重要因素。引起油质劣化的主要原因是水份和金属微粒对其造成污染。同时 ,由于空气的混入 ,加速了油液氧化 ,产生二次污染物。电力建设研究所在全国范围内对油系统污染的控制和管理情况作了调研 ,发现问题较大 ,亟待改进。污染控制与管理应贯彻于安装、检修、运行 3个环节 ,加强全过程管理。应控制油系统清洁度 ,对清洁度进行监测 ,并注重油液净化。旁路净化设备的固体污染物分离系统和油水分离系统是油液净化的关键技术。应根据不同的情况选用不同的净化方法和设备。
The cleanliness of the turbine lubricating oil system is an important factor affecting the safety and economic operation of the unit. The main reason for the deterioration of the oil is water and metal particles causing pollution. At the same time, due to air mixing, accelerated oil oxidation, resulting in secondary pollutants.
