超微弱发光是所有生物都具有的一种普遍现象 ,发光强度极其微弱 ,量子效率也很低 ,波长范围广。自 1 92 3年发现超微弱发光以来 ,各国科学家做了大量的研究 ,对其机理进行探讨 ,目前生物超微弱发光的机理依然不很清楚。生物超微弱发光在许多领域得到广泛的应用 ,由超微弱发光研究发展起来的发光检测技术快速 ,简便 ,而且不会对组织材料造成损伤。本文就生物超微弱发光机理及应用研究进行了综述
Ultra-weak luminescence is a common phenomenon found in all living things, with very weak luminescence and very low quantum efficiency with a wide wavelength range. Since the discovery of ultraweak luminescence in 1933, scientists from all over the world have done a lot of research and discussed its mechanism. At present, the mechanism of ultraweak luminescence of living organisms remains unclear. Bio-ultraweak luminescence has been widely used in many fields. The luminescence detection technology developed by ultraweak luminescence research is fast and simple, and it will not damage the tissue materials.
