目的比较高效液相色谱(HPLC)和气相色谱(GC)测定消毒剂中邻苯二甲醛含量的检测条件。方法通过比较两种方法的相关测定指标,确定最佳检测方法。结果高效液相色谱法在邻苯二甲醛浓度10~100 mg/L范围内,气相色谱法在浓度100~1 000 mg/L范围内,线性相关系数均>0.999,检出限均<1 mg/L。标准品相对标准偏差均<1%,样品相对标准偏差均<2%,回收率均>95%。结论两种方法均适用于邻苯二甲醛含量测定,但气相色谱法测定的浓度范围更大。
Objective To compare the detection conditions of the content of phthalaldehyde in disinfectant by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gas chromatography (GC). Methods By comparing the two methods of determining the relevant indicators to determine the best detection method.
