分析了矿用乳化液泵站中电磁卸荷阀的结构和工作原理,建立数学模型。运用AMESim软件对电磁卸荷阀进行建模和仿真研究,分析不同参数对电磁卸荷阀动态特性的影响。对电磁卸荷阀的理论设计提供参考。
The structure and working principle of electromagnetic unloading valve in mine emulsion pumping station are analyzed, and the mathematical model is established. The AMESim software was used to model and simulate the electromagnetic unloading valve, and the influence of different parameters on the dynamic characteristics of electromagnetic unloading valve was analyzed. It provides a reference for the theoretical design of electromagnetic unloading valve.
