利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件对聚能射孔弹的射流形成、侵彻钢靶过程进行了数值仿真研究,揭示了射流侵彻过程中发生的一些物理力学现象及机械效应,并进行了仿真结果验证试验。结果表明,计算结果与射孔弹打靶试验结果之间的相对误差在10%以内,验证了该数值仿真模型和算法的合理性。本研究对聚能射孔弹的设计与研发具有一定的指导意义。
ANSYS / LS-DYNA finite element analysis software was used to simulate the jet formation and the penetration of the steel target of the shaped charge. Some physical and mechanical phenomena and mechanical effects occurred during the penetration of the jet were revealed. Simulation results verify the test. The results show that the relative error between the calculated results and the experimental results of the perforating projectile is within 10%, which proves the rationality of the numerical simulation model and algorithm. This study is of guiding significance for the design and development of shaped charge projectiles.
