氮肥施用是农业增产的有效途径,脱氮作用可使土壤中下渗的剩余氮素得到消散与净化。采用硝化抑制剂可消除针对土壤氮素转化运移研究中硝化、反硝化作用的交叉影响,而硝化抑制剂的应用,又可能对土壤硝态氮的测定产生影响。选择测定硝态氮的常用方法酚二磺酸分光光度法和紫外分光光度法,对比研究了应用硝化抑制剂双氰胺对硝态氮测定的干扰影响。结果表明:双氰胺明显对紫外分光光度法测定硝态氮产生干扰影响,对酚二磺酸法测定影响较小。
Nitrogen fertilizer application is an effective way to increase agricultural output. Nitrogen removal can disperse and purify the remaining nitrogen infiltrated into the soil. The use of nitrification inhibitors can eliminate the cross-cutting effects of nitrification and denitrification on soil N transport and transport, while the application of nitrification inhibitors may have an impact on the determination of soil nitrate nitrogen. The common method for the determination of nitrate nitrogen was determined by phenol disulfonate spectrophotometry and ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The interference effect of nitration inhibitor dicyandiamide on the determination of nitrate nitrogen was compared. The results showed that dicyandiamide obviously influenced the determination of nitrate nitrogen by UV spectrophotometry and had little effect on the determination of phenol disulfonic acid.
