仓储和供应链标准,是考验生鲜电商实力的命门。值得肯定的是,本来生活目前在商品标准化、仓储方式、冷链物流体系架构、自建安全检测等方面都积累了不少经验。本来生活用一个橙子叩开了市场的大门,并由此脱颖而出。但这并不代表从此就可以在这片生鲜蓝海里尽情摇摆。三年多的成长,本来生活不断试错、改进,但总有一些绕不开的问题。正如本来生活副总裁戴山辉所说,“跌过不少跟头。”而本来生活面对的正是所有生鲜电商都需要正视的问题:把控品质、控制损耗,仓储和配送必须适应生鲜产品保鲜、易碎等问题。
