思想政治教育的有效性问题是目前困扰我国思想政治教育工作者的重要问题。延安时期是中国共产党思想政治教育工作开展得最有声色和富有成效的时期之一。党积极探索思想政治教育的有效性理论,在教育者、教育对象、教育目的、教育内容、教育方法、教育情境等要素的有效性方面均有很多好的做法。新时期思想政治教育应该积极借鉴延安时期思想政治教育要素有效性的经验,指导当代思想政治教育的实践,增强思想政治教育的针对性、实效性。
The effectiveness of the ideological and political education is an important issue currently troubling our ideological and political education workers. The Yan’an period was one of the most vivid and productive periods for the CPC’s ideological and political education. The Party’s active exploration of the theory of effectiveness of ideological and political education has many good practices in terms of the effectiveness of educators, educational objects, educational purposes, educational contents, educational methods and educational situations. The ideological and political education in the new period should learn from the experience of the effective elements of ideological and political education in Yan’an period, guide the practice of contemporary ideological and political education, and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education.
