短期培训在提高企业职工文化水平及综合素质方面起着很重要的作用。论述了短期培训和创建学习型企业的关系 ,同时结合目前国内一些大型企业开展短期培训的现状 ,提出存在的问题及应对的办法。
Short-term training plays an important role in raising the cultural level and overall quality of employees. Discusses the relationship between short-term training and the establishment of learning-based enterprises, at the same time puts forward the existing problems and countermeasures based on the current situation that some large-scale domestic enterprises carry out short-term training.
