目的：分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术常见并发症及预防处理措施。方法回顾性分析1503例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料，对其中发生并发症的39例患者进行分析。结果本组1503例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者共发生并发症39例，比例为2.59%，其中包括27例胆囊破裂，4例大出血，3例切口感染，2例胆道损伤，余者肠道损伤、脐疝、肝脏损伤各1例。结论行腹腔镜胆囊切除术常见并发症包括胆囊破裂、出血、切口感染等，手术过程中要针对常见并发症采取对应措施，以降低并发症发生率。“,”Objective To analyze the common complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and its prevention and treatment measures.Methods The clinical data of 1503 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed,analysis of 39 cases of patients with complications.Results A total of 1503 cases of 39 cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were found in this group,ratio of 2.59%,including 27 cases of rupture of gallbladder,4 cases of massive hemorrhage,incision infection in 3 cases,2 cases of bile duct injury,the remaining umbilical hernia, intestinal injury, liver injury in 1 cases.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy complications including gallbladder rupture, bleeding, incision infection etc,the corresponding measures should be taken for the common complications during the operation,in order to reduce the incidence of complications.
