研究了锡对斯特林银合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:含锡1wt%以内有助于获得致密细小的晶粒,但锡超过一定量后组织明显粗大疏松。锡含量在0.5wt%以内时,银合金具有较好的冷加工性能,超过1wt%后合金的塑性显著下降,加工过程中易出现裂纹。锡可以提高斯特林银的腐蚀电位,提高其抗硫化变色和抗氧化性能,锡含量越高,合金的抗变色能力越好。综合考虑锡对斯特林银的组织和性能的影响,用于铸造成型的抗变色银合金,锡含量应控制在1wt%以内;用于冷加工成型时,锡含量应控制在0.5wt%以内。
The effect of tin on the composition and properties of Stirling silver alloys was investigated. The results show that the content of 1wt% tin can help to obtain dense and fine grains, but the amount of tin exceeds a certain amount and the structure is obviously coarse and loose. Silver content of less than 0.5wt%, the silver alloy has better cold working properties, more than 1wt% of the alloy plastic significantly decreased, easy to crack during processing. Tin can increase the corrosion potential of Stirling silver and improve its anti-sulfur discoloration and oxidation resistance. The higher the tin content, the better the anti-discoloration ability of the alloy. Considering the effect of tin on the microstructure and properties of Stirling silver, the tin content should be controlled within 1wt% for the cast anti-discoloring silver alloy and the tin content should be controlled within 0.5wt% for cold forming.
