目的观察比较儿童非抽搐性癫痫发作与心因性非癫痫发作血清肌酶的变化,从而为两种疾病的鉴别诊断提供一定的理论依据。方法选取2006年1月-2010年6月期间我科80例住院患儿及50例同期健康儿童作为研究对象,其中80例患儿中,45例为非抽搐性癫痫发作,35例为心因性非癫痫发作,分别测定三组研究对象乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、羟丁酸脱氢酶(HDBH)及肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)血清浓度,并进行分析比较。结果非抽搐性癫痫发作患儿CK-MB血清含量为(14.21±5.02)U/L,对照组CK-MB血清含量为(10.87±3.58)U/L,前者显著高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组儿童LDH、CK及HDBH血清水平差异无统计学意义;心因性非癫痫发作组与对照组比较,LDH、CK、HDBH及CK-MB血清含量差异无统计学意义。结论儿童非抽搐性癫痫发作时肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)血清含量显著增高,心因性非癫痫发作肌酶改变不明显,监测肌酶血清含量不仅可作为判断癫痫发作的重要标志物,而且利于儿科医生将儿童非抽搐性癫痫发作与心因性发作进行区分,但由于CK-MB特异性不高,临床上仅供诊断参考。
Objective To compare the changes of serum muscle enzymes in children with non-twitch seizures and non-seizure non-seizures, and to provide a theoretical basis for the differential diagnosis of the two diseases.
