在当前中小学高效课堂建设中,对教师课前备课改革的标志性成果就是,把传统的个人备课转变为集体备课。但是由于广大中小学教师对集体备课的理论准备不充分,在实际操作过程中存在严重的随意性、盲目性和主观性,进而导致集体备课在很大程度上流于形式。如何正确认识当下集体备课活动存在的问题,怎样改进集体备课的方式?本文就此问题进行了有益的探索。
In the current efficient classroom construction in primary and secondary schools, the landmark achievement in the reform of teachers’ preparatory courses is to transform the traditional personal preparation into collective preparation. However, due to the insufficient preparation for the collective lesson planning by the majority of primary and secondary school teachers, there are serious randomness, blindness and subjectivity in the practical operation, which leads to the large amount of collective lesson planning. How to correctly understand the current problems of collective lesson preparation and how to improve the way of collective lesson preparation? This article makes a useful exploration on this issue.
