制马钱子在４０～８０ｍｇ／ｋｇ范围内，对小鼠具有明显的剂量依赖性抗炎镇痛作用，小于４０ｍｇ／ｋｇ时仅有抗炎作用，大于８０ｍｇ／ｋｇ时连续用药毒性增强，还可使小鼠胸腺重量明显增加。小鼠ｐｏ ＬＤ_５０为１４０．１３±１４．７４ｍｇ／ｋｇ。提示该药用量须适宜。
In the range of 40-80mg/kg, the system of Strychnos nudicinum has obvious dose-dependent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects on mice. When it is less than 40mg/kg, it only has anti-inflammation effect, and when it is greater than 80mg/kg, continuous drug toxicity is enhanced. It can increase the weight of thymus in mice. The mouse po LD_50 was 140.13±14.74 mg/kg. Prompt that the amount of drug should be appropriate.
