近年来,我区蘑菇生产发展很快,生产蘑菇种,所使用培养基配方多种多样。为因地制宜、降低成本、保证菌种质量,达到增产增收的目的,我们对四种培养基制作的栽培种作了栽培比较试验,现将结果介绍如下。一、材料和方法(一)栽培种制作①麦粒种:以麦粒为主料,加其他辅料;②棉子壳种:以棉子壳为主料(先经高温发酵后晒干),加牛粪及其他辅料;③谷壳种:以谷壳为主料(先经高温发酵后晒干),加牛粪及其他辅料;④粪草种:以粪草为主料(先经高温发酵后晒干),加其他辅料。以上均按常规装瓶(袋)、灭菌和接种。(二)栽培料配制以粪草1:1比例加其他辅料,常规建堆,用薄膜封闭和管道通风发酵,堆期15天。
