本文是在调查国內屠宰畜血利用情况,并在搜集、翻译了近十五年来的有关国外专利与文献的基础上撰写的情报调研报告,综述了国内外屠宰畜血在食品、饲料、医药等方面应用的最新研究,提出了关于我国屠宰场血的利用的意见。文中介绍了国外最新应用成果:作饲用的有滚筒干燥血粉、血蛋白与角蛋白的混合物、血与明胶的混合物、经物理和生化变性的血凝块;作食用的血浆处理方法有物理脱色、食盐水溶液血蛋白、过氧化物处理、氯化钠和醋酸沉淀血纤維;作食用的血球处理方法有:物理法、化学法和酶解法;作药用的血制品可治疗糖尿病、愈合伤口、抗炎症、粘合人体或动物的组织,还可用于人体的免疫调节;还介绍了血的预处理技术、热消毒技术、反渗透和超过滤技术,介绍了酶水解剂。
