对移动设备生成的志愿者地理信息进行分类,并对移动设备生成的志愿者地理信息数据的精度现状进行探讨。针对移动设备定位的主要方式进行分析,提出地理空间数据精度提升的限制因素。探讨和分析用户提供的地理增值信息的低可信度原因。希望通过系统的分析与探讨,为将来设计数据精度提升解决方案提供一定辅助作用。志愿者地理信息,即Volunteered Geographic Information[1](或简称VGI),是在Web2.0时代产生的新型地理信息数据。它的产生与发展依赖于三个必要的元素:Web2.0[2],集体智慧[3]和新地理[4].对于大众来说,VGI最突出的特点是用户从单纯的地理信息使用者转变为地理信息的使用者和发布者。鉴于手机等移动设备是目前大量志愿者地理信息的数据来源,因此在此针对移动设备提供的数据的精度问题进行分析与探讨。不能忽视的是,常规地理信息发布是由政府机构或者专业的数据厂商完成的,这些发布的数据都是经过一定的校正、有着确定的精度和来源的,并且为了满足使用需求,新增了元数据进行数据本身的描述。而用户上传和修改的数据来源广泛,精度不一,甚至难以用统一的标准进行约束。因此对于这些数据的准确性不得不持保留意见,而网络时代的来临要求我们提升数据的精度使其达到一定的标准,使志愿者地理信息数据真正可用。
This paper classifies the volunteers ’geographic information generated by mobile devices and discusses the accuracy status of the volunteers’ geographic information data generated by mobile devices. This paper analyzes the main ways of mobile device positioning and puts forward the limiting factors to improve the accuracy of geospatial data. Explore and analyze the low credibility of the geo-value added information provided by users. I hope through systematic analysis and discussion, to provide some assistance for the design of data accuracy solutions in the future. Volunteer geographic information, known as Volunteered Geographic Information [1] (or simply VGI), is a new type of geographic information data generated in the Web 2.0 era. Its emergence and development depend on three necessary elements: Web 2.0 [2], collective wisdom [3], and new geography.4 The most prominent feature of the VGI for the general public is that users are evolving from purely geographic information use Transform into users and publishers of geographic information. In view of the fact that the mobile devices such as mobile phones are the data source of a large number of volunteers’ geographic information at present, the accuracy of the data provided by the mobile devices is analyzed and discussed here. Can not be ignored is that conventional geographic information dissemination by government agencies or professional data vendors to complete, these published data are to be a certain degree of correction, with a certain accuracy and source, and in order to meet the needs of the use of new yuan Data describes the data itself. Users upload and modify data from a wide range of different precision, and even difficult to use a unified standard constraints. Therefore, the accuracy of these data have to hold reservations, and the advent of the Internet era requires us to improve the accuracy of the data so that it reaches a certain standard, so that volunteers truly geographic data available.
