伴随着经济全球化的不断进步和发展,我国的整体经济水平也在不断的进行提升。对于煤炭企业来说,它们始终都是我国重要的国民经济来源,也可以说是我国国民经济发展中必不可少的因素,对于我国的整体经济要素发展都具有重要的意义。所以煤炭企业比其他的一些企业更加需要在人力资源方面进行发展与完善,人力资源工作开展的好坏直接的决定了煤炭企业的整体运行水平。因此本文就将针对煤炭企业人力资源管理的问题和现状进行分析,并且提出相应的改进对策,进而体现出煤炭企业人力资源管理的重要性。
With the constant progress and development of economic globalization, the overall economic level of our country is constantly being upgraded. For the coal enterprises, they are always the important source of national economy in our country and can also be regarded as the indispensable factor in the development of our national economy, which is of great significance to the development of our country’s overall economic factors. Therefore, coal enterprises need more development and improvement in human resources than some other enterprises. The development of human resources directly determines the overall operation of coal enterprises. Therefore, this article will focus on the problems and current situation of human resources management in coal enterprises, and put forward corresponding improvement measures, and then reflect the importance of human resources management in coal enterprises.
