介绍了混泥土泵车液压控制系统的工作原理。针对液压系统动力控制的功率键合图给出Matlab/Simulink模拟数学模型,分析泵车的输出压、活塞杆位移、泵不同频率的流量和反转时间。根据分析结果得出影响液压响应时间的重要因素。
The working principle of hydraulic control system of concrete pump is introduced. A Matlab / Simulink simulation model is given for the power bond diagram of hydraulic system power control. The output pressure, piston rod displacement, flow rate and reversal time of pump at different frequencies are analyzed. According to the analysis results come to an important factor affecting the hydraulic response time.
