公文办理是保证机关工作高效运转的重要基础。中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅于2012年印发的《党政机关公文处理工作条例》(以下简称“《条例》”),对党政机关公文处理工作提出了一些新的要求。本文主要列举《条例》施行以来,有关单位在公文处理工作中出现的问题,并结合《条例》的要求提出解决问题的建议,旨在为提高公文办理质量,促进机关工作规范化,提高机关工作效率提供借鉴和帮助。
