用激光重熔和激光二次熔覆的方法,对铝表面的等离子喷涂陶瓷层进行了改性处理。实验结果表明,激光重熔和激光二次熔覆处理都可以显著地改变铝表面等离子喷涂陶瓷层的结构和性能,但不同的处理方式对涂层表面状态、涂层结构等方面有不同的影响。等离子喷涂后激光二次熔覆工艺是更有效地改性方法。
By laser remelting and laser secondary cladding method, the plasma sprayed ceramic layer on the aluminum surface is modified. The experimental results show that both laser remelting and laser cladding can significantly change the structure and properties of the plasma sprayed aluminum coating on the aluminum surface, but different treatment methods have different effects on the coating surface state and coating structure . Plasma after laser cladding process is more effective modification method.
