顺铂是肿瘤化疗的主要药物之一,严重的消化道反应和血液系损害是该药应用的主要限制因素,探索一条既能提高疗效又能减轻毒副作用的用药途径,显得尤为重要,经动脉导管介入灌注化疗药物解决了这一难题。1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料共41例,随机分为动脉导管灌注化疗组和静脉化疗组,共施行顺铂为主的化疗96例次。动脉灌注组22例,男17例,女5例,年龄23岁～
Cisplatin is one of the main drugs for cancer chemotherapy. Severe gastrointestinal reactions and blood system damage are the main limiting factors for the use of this drug. It is particularly important to explore a drug route that can both improve the efficacy and reduce toxic and side effects. Catheter intervention chemotherapy drugs solve this problem. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information A total of 41 cases were randomly divided into arterial catheter infusion chemotherapy group and intravenous chemotherapy group, a total of 96 cases of cisplatin-based chemotherapy. 22 cases of arterial perfusion group, 17 males and 5 females, aged 23 years~
