“3·15”国际消费者权益日即将到来,作为通信行业的权威媒体,有责任有义务倾听手机消费者的声音,为此本刊组织专业记者队伍走访了北京十大手机维修点,与手机消费者进行了面对面的交流,倾听了他们酸甜苦辣的售后服务故事。记者将本次的感受总结为以下5条1.国产手机维修率高于国外老牌手机—国产手机质量普遍不如外企手机;2.服务态度比手机质量好,服务水平较低,技术稍深问题不能及时得到解决,维修不透明;3.手机功能越多,问题越多,维修越得不到保障;4.维修点少,消费者不好找,维修技术滞后;5.维修等待时间太长。
