有一带小模数齿轮的零件,细而长,端部的齿轮很小,其模数为0.3183mm,零件技术要求严,制造难度大。根据齿轮的结构特点,必须用一对滚齿轮在滚丝机上用冷挤压的方法加工。在没有小模数齿轮加工机床的情况下,经过努力,用现有的普通机床加工出了模数为0.3183mm的齿轮滚刀,而后用该刀加工出小模数齿轮。根据滚齿轮模数小、齿数多、精度高的特点,以及现有设备条件,在设计滚刀时,一方面要保证产品精度,另一方面要考虑加工工艺的可行性。根据现有设备条件,完全按国标设计滚刀较困难,因此,为了能在螺纹磨床(MM582MM)铲磨齿形,将齿轮滚刀容屑槽加大到60°,滚刀的铲背量K降到1.2mm左右,以保证铲磨齿形时砂轮不产生干涉现象,如图1所示。
