对开滦集团5座选煤厂重介质旋流器系统进行考查,通过综合对比各选煤厂的数据,对各因素影响分选效果进行灰色关联分析。选择旋流器直径、长度、溢流口直径这3个设备结构参数和入介压力、实际干物料处理量、悬浮液体积浓度这3个操作参数,以及可选性这个煤质条件作为影响分选效果的因素,通过关联程度分析可知,与可能偏差关联度最大的是旋流器长度,与精煤错配物关联度最大的是悬浮液体积浓度,与数量效率关联度最大的是旋流器直径。
