发明问题解决理论(TRIZ理论)属于问题驱动型理论,管理领域应用TRIZ的首要条件是管理问题的发现,但是管理创新问题却较为模糊与不易发现,而已有相关研究往往忽略了该问题。提出问题驱动的TRIZ管理创新体系,强调管理问题发现的重要性,包括问题预测、问题定义、问题分析和问题解决4个模块。在以往基于TRIZ的管理创新研究中,鲜有研究针对“问题预测”模块展开研究,而技术系统进化法则是有效的问题预测与发现工具,通过对比分析技术系统与组织系统的异同,首次尝试给出基于TRIZ的组织系统进化法则。
The problem-solving theory (TRIZ theory) belongs to problem-driven theory. The first condition to apply TRIZ in management is the discovery of management problems, but the management innovation is rather vague and difficult to find. However, the relevant research often neglects this issue. Put forward a problem-driven TRIZ management innovation system, emphasizing the importance of management problem discovery, including four modules: problem prediction, problem definition, problem analysis and problem solving. In the past TRIZ-based management innovation research, few researches have been conducted on the “Problem Prediction” module, while the technical system evolution law is an effective tool for problem prediction and discovery. By comparing and analyzing the similarities and differences between technical and organizational systems, Attempts to give TRIZ based organizational evolution rules.
