本文报道一个罗伯逊易位t(13;14)家系。在此家系中先证者是低血钾性周期性麻痹患者,经外周血淋巴细胞G显带染色体分析,核型为45,××,t(13;14)(13q~(ter)→13p~(11)∶∶14q~(11)→14q~(ter))。其母亲及姊核型正常,父亲及兄核型均为45,XY,t(13;14)(13q~(ter)→13p~(11)∶∶14q~(11)→14q~(ter)),认为先证者及其兄的易位核型来自父亲。但罗式易位与周期性麻痹无直接关系。
This article reports a family of Robertson’s t (13; 14) translocation. In this pedigree, the proband was hypokalemic periodic paralysis. According to G-banding of peripheral blood lymphocytes, the karyotype was 45, ××, t (13; 14) (13q ~ (ter) → 13p ~ (11) ::14q ~ (11) → 14q ~ (ter)). The karyotypes of mother and sister were normal, and the karyotypes of father and brother were 45, XY, t (13 14) (13q ~ (ter) → 13p ~ (11) ::14q ~ (11) → 14q ~ ), That the proband and his brother’s translocation karyotype from the father. But Luo style translocation has no direct relationship with periodic paralysis.
