柱子是建筑物中最关键的构件,起着负重的骨干作用,涉及整个建筑物的安危。不论是钢筋混凝二框架柱或排架柱,不论是现浇结构还是预制构件,设计对其都比较重视,一般偏于安全。强柱弱梁理论的出发点,就是为了确保柱身的安全可靠,使建筑物面临强地震等破坏性的大灾难时,塑性铰也不致首先在柱身出现。因此钢筋混凝土柱身裂缝事故在实际工程中不应多见,而对柱身裂缝事故的分析,应持更慎重的态度。下列几个柱身裂缝事故的实例可以说明一些问题。
The pillar is the most critical component in the building and plays a role of the backbone of the load, involving the safety of the entire building. Regardless of whether it is a reinforced concrete frame column or a bent column, whether it is a cast-in-place structure or a prefabricated structure, the design of it is more important and it is generally safer. The starting point of the strong column weak beam theory is to ensure that the column is safe and reliable, so that when the building is facing a major disaster such as a strong earthquake, the plastic hinge will not appear in the column first. Therefore, the accident of cracks in reinforced concrete columns should not be common in actual projects, but the analysis of cracks in the columns should be more cautious. The following examples of column crack accidents can illustrate some of the issues.
