目的分析汶川地震极重灾区蝇类的种群构成和不同生境下的密度情况,为做好相关传染病的风险评估,指导开展汶川地震灾区蝇类和相关传染病的防控工作提供可靠依据。方法捕蝇笼腐鱼诱饵诱捕法。结果汶川地震极重灾区蝇类总体密度为16.30只/笼,各监测点中汶川县、北川县和彭州市平均蝇密度相对较高;蝇种构成以丝光绿蝇最多,占总数的36%,其他依次为巨尾阿丽蝇、家蝇和大头金蝇;各类生境密度以绿化带较高,餐饮外环境较低;季节消长显示,4~8月是灾区蝇类密度的高峰期。结论 2012年汶川地震极重灾区蝇总体密度较高,其中绿化带应作为展开综合防治的重点区域。
Objective To analyze the population composition and density of flies in the extremely affected area of Wenchuan earthquake and provide a reliable basis for the risk assessment of related infectious diseases and the prevention and control of flies and related infectious diseases in the disaster area hit by Wenchuan earthquake. Conclusion The overall density of flies in the extremely affected area of Wenchuan earthquake in 2012 was high, and the green belt should be the key area for comprehensive prevention and control.
