目的建立测定葫芦素B月桂酸酯纳米乳剂中药物含量的方法。方法采用Diamonsil ODS柱(钻石)C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(体积比为95∶5),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长228 nm,柱温为室温。结果在本试验条件下,葫芦素B月桂酸酯与辅料及有关物质分离度均符合要求,其质量浓度在15~150 mg.L-1内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=5),方法平均回收率为99.98%,RSD为0.1%(n=9)。结论该方法简单、快捷,可用于葫芦素B月桂酸酯纳米乳剂中药物含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of the content of cucurbitacin B laurate nanoemulsion. Methods Diamonsil ODS column (C18 column, 200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (volume ratio of 95: 5) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- For room temperature. Results Under the test conditions, the separation of cucurbitacin B laurate and its excipients and related substances met the requirements. The mass concentration of cucurbitacin B laurate showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 15-150 mg.L-1 (r = 0.999 9, n = 5). The average recovery was 99.98% with RSD of 0.1% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple and rapid and can be used for the determination of cucurbitacin B laurate nanoemulsion.
