近几年来,微电子(ME)技术得到迅速发展,而且已应用于铁路领域。例如1986年3月,在日本铁路的东神奈川车站开始使用了电子联锁装置。今后,随着世界ME化的进一步发展,ME技术必将应用到铁路设备中去。尤其是既要考虑到信号保安设备使用ME的可靠性,又要研究如何引进,这就成为需要解决的重大课题。此外,要达到实用阶段,还必须充分研究它的经济效果及所谓的社会因素等等。下面是应用ME技术的几个例子。
In recent years, Microelectronics (ME) technology has been rapidly developed, and has been applied to the railway field.
