以某矿用应急避难舱为研究对象,建立避难舱的参数化模型,在ANSYS Workbench的优化设计模块下对避难舱承受爆炸压力时进行可靠性分析,确定材料属性、几何尺寸、载荷等不确定性变量对避难舱变形和受力的影响,求得避难舱等效应力的累积分布函数,确定了避难舱的工作可靠性,为避难舱的结构设计提供参考。
Taking a mine emergency shelter as a research object, a parametric model of refuge shelter was established. Reliability analysis was conducted under the optimal design module of ANSYS Workbench to withstand the explosion pressure of refuge shelter. The uncertainties of material properties, geometrical dimensions and loads were determined The influence of sex variables on the deformation and stress of the refuge cabin was studied. The cumulative distribution function of the equivalent stress of the refuge cabin was obtained. The reliability of the refuge cabin was determined and the reference was made to the structural design of the refuge cabin.
