目的:比较不同产地马钱子不同炮制品中马钱子碱的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对不同产地马钱子不同炮制品马钱子碱含量进行测定。色谱条件:色谱柱AlltimaC18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈水冰醋酸三乙胺系统,流速为1.0mL·min-1,最长吸收波长为254nm,柱温为30℃。结果:按照马钱子炮制品中马钱子碱含量从高到低顺序排列,分别为油炸品、砂烫品、醋煮品、樟帮尿泡品、醋煮砂炒品、醋浸品、醋浸砂炒品。按照不同产地马钱子中马钱子碱含量从高到低顺序排列,分别为越南、广西、印度、云南、缅甸、四川、湖北、海南。结论:中药马钱子中马钱子碱含量与产地和炮制方法密切相关,为临床安全用药提供理论依据。

Conclusion: The contents of brucine in Chinese traditional medicine Strychnos nux-vomica are closely related to the producing areas and processing methods, providing a theoretical basis for clinical safe medication.
