科技档案的利用,可以产生经济效益,这一事实已被人们普遍承认。对怎样科学地认识这种经济效益,近几年来档案界展开了热烈讨论,提出了一些不同见解,但尚未形成基本统一的认识。笔者认为,尽管分析问题的角度不同,其实质,都认为科技档案利用所带来的经济效益,仅仅是因其作为科学技术运用的结果,或者说是由于科技人员的劳动投入的结果,并把这个效益叫做“科技档案经济效益”。这是比较普遍的一种看法。 还有的意见认为,在讨论科技档案经济效 The fact that the use of scientific and technological records can produce economic benefits has been widely recognized.
