根据草酸与铬配位过程中UV-Vis特征吸收峰位的变化,探讨了草酸与Cr2O3(A/B)摩尔比、铬配合物分子大小、反应时间和温度对草酸与铬配位反应的影响。结果表明:A与B之间摩尔比、铬配合物分子大小影响草酸与铬的配位反应程度,A与B之间摩尔比增大、铬液pH低有利于配位反应的进行;铬鞣液的pH值是影响草酸根与中心离Cr3+配位反应的主要因素,温度对加快草酸与铬配位反应影响显著。草酸与铬络合物反应的适宜条件:温度30~40℃,铬液pH值2~3,n(A):n(B)为1:1~3:2。
The effect of the molar ratio of oxalic acid to Cr2O3 (A / B), the molecular size of chromium complex, the reaction time and temperature on the coordination reaction of oxalic acid and chromium was discussed based on the change of UV-Vis absorption peak during the coordination of oxalic acid with chromium . The results showed that the molar ratio of A to B and the molecular size of chromium complex affected the coordination reaction between oxalate and chromium. The molar ratio between A and B increased, and the low pH of chromium solution was favorable for the coordination reaction. The pH value of liquid is the main factor affecting the coordination reaction between oxalate and Cr3 +. The temperature has a significant effect on accelerating the coordination reaction of oxalic acid and chromium. The suitable reaction conditions of oxalic acid and chromium complex are as follows: the temperature is 30 ~ 40 ℃, the pH value of chromium solution is 2 ~ 3, n (A): n (B) is 1: 1 ~ 3: 2.
