日前,由浙江省特检院和相关院校共同承担的聚烯烃及其复合管道安全检测与评价方法项目荣获了2012年度全国石油和化工联合会技术发明奖一等奖,这在全国特检系统是首次。焊接接头的安全检测及评价是聚烯烃及其复合管道系统安全的关键技术。旨在降低油气输送、海底输水、矿浆(渣)输送、城市燃气等涉及到城市发展、民生安全的项目中聚烯烃及其复合管的安全隐患,减少事故发生。目前国际上对含缺陷接头的安全评定技术研究尚处于探索阶段,更没有相关标准。浙江省特检院和相关院校共同承担的聚烯烃及其复合管道安全检测与评价方法项目,针对现有聚烯烃及其复合管道焊接接头
Recently, the project of safety testing and evaluation of polyolefin and its composite pipe jointly undertaken by Zhejiang Special Procuratorate and relevant institutions won the first prize of the 2012 National Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation Technical Invention Award, which won the National Special Inspection System It is the first time. The safety testing and evaluation of welded joints is the key technology for the safety of polyolefins and their composite pipe systems. The aim is to reduce the potential safety hazards of polyolefins and their composite pipes in the projects involving oil and gas transportation, submarine water conveyance, slurry (slag) transportation, urban gas and other projects related to urban development and people’s livelihood, so as to reduce the occurrence of accidents. At present, the international research on the technology of safety assessment of joints with defects is still at an exploratory stage, and there is no relevant standard.
