作者观察9-四氢大麻酚(9-THC)的镇痛作用及对电针镇痛的影响。实验用钾离子测痛法,分别给家兔g-THC iv 0.1Mg/kg、0.25mg/kg、0.5mg/kg和1mg/kg后,镇痛作用逐步增加。0.1 mg/kg9-THC iv与电针联合使用后镇痛作用可以得到加强,此时脑脊液(CSF)中亮啡肽样免疫活性物质(LEK-LIS)显著高于单给电针或⊿9-THC,提示:⊿9-THC增强电针的镇痛作用可能与脑内阿片样物质释放有关。
The authors observed the analgesic effect of 9-THC and its effect on electroacupuncture analgesia. In the experiment, the analgesic effect was gradually increased after giving rabbits g-THC iv 0.1 Mg/kg, 0.25 mg/kg, 0.5 mg/kg, and 1 mg/kg respectively. The analgesic effect of 0.1 mg/kg 9-THC iv in combination with electroacupuncture can be enhanced when the leuk-enine-like immunoreactive substance (LEK-LIS) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is significantly higher than that of a single electroacupuncture or sputum 9- THC, suggesting that the analgesic effect of ⊿9-THC-enhanced electroacupuncture may be related to the release of opioids from the brain.
