目的为进行颅底重建提供解剖学依据。方法应用10例(20侧)成人头部湿标本,动、静脉系统分别灌注混有红、蓝色染料的乳胶;额颞顶联合切口,逐层解剖、拍照、测量。结果该区层次由浅入深为:皮肤、皮下组织、颞浅筋膜、颞深筋膜、颞肌和骨膜。颞浅筋膜、颞深筋膜和颞肌均有各自的血液供应。结论根据其血供可制成不同类型的颞筋膜瓣、颞肌瓣、颞筋膜肌瓣进行颅底重建。
Objective To provide anatomical basis for skull base reconstruction. Methods 10 cases (20 sides) of adult head wet specimens, the dynamic and the venous system were infused with red and blue dye latex; frontoparietal combined incision, layer by layer anatomy, photographs, measurements. Results The depth of the area from deep to deep: skin, subcutaneous tissue, superficial temporal fascia, deep temporal fascia, temporal muscles and periosteum. Temporal fascia, temporal fascia and temporal muscle have their own blood supply. Conclusion According to its blood supply can be made of different types of temporal fascia flap, temporal muscle flap, temporal fascia flap for skull base reconstruction.
