目的观察尼可地尔联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法将90例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组口服单硝酸异山梨酯20mg,2次/d,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用口服尼可地尔5mg,3次/d,两组均治疗6周,观察患者心绞痛发生情况。结果治疗6周后治疗组心绞痛的改善情况较对照组明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组心电图改变较对照组明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间治疗组出现轻微头痛10例(22.2%),对照组出现轻微头痛9例(20.0%),两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗期间两组患者均无明显低血压现象发生,也无明显肝肾损害情况。结论尼可地尔联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效显著优于单硝酸异山梨酯,且不会增加不良反应。
Objective To observe the effect of nicorandil and isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of stable angina pectoris. Methods Ninety patients with stable angina of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 45 cases each. On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was given isosorbide mononitrate 20mg twice a day, and the treatment group was given nicorandil 5mg 3 times daily on the basis of the control group, both of which were treated for 6 weeks , Observe the occurrence of angina in patients. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, the improvement of angina pectoris in treatment group was better than that in control group (P <0.05). Electrocardiogram changes in the treatment group than the control group was significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There were 10 mild cases (22.2%) in the treatment group and 9 mild cases (20.0%) in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). During treatment, there was no obvious hypotension in both groups, nor obvious liver and kidney damage. CONCLUSION Nicorandil and isosorbide mononitrate are superior to isosorbide dinitrate in the treatment of stable angina pectoris without any adverse reactions.
