当今世界人权的保护,尤其是对犯罪嫌疑人、被告人权利的保护已是大势所趋.我国在保护犯罪嫌疑人,被告人权利方面取得了长足进步,但面临的问题也很多.本文指出在刑事诉讼中存在刑讯逼供问题,它严重妨碍了对犯罪嫌疑人、被告人权利的保护,我国应从制度和认识两方面来解决这一问题.
The protection of human rights in the world today, especially the protection of the suspects and defendants’ rights, is the trend of the times.China has made great strides in protecting the rights of criminal suspects and defendants, but many problems are faced with.This paper points out that in criminal proceedings There is a problem of forced exoneration of torture, which seriously hindered the protection of the suspects and the accused’s rights. Our country should solve this issue from two aspects of system and understanding.
