丙酮酸激酶(PyK,E、C、2、7、1、40)是糖酵解中关键酶之一。它有四型同功酶,即L、R、M_1、M_2型,其中L型分布于肝,肾、小肠,R型存在于红细胞,M_1型存在于肌肉、大脑,M_2型则广泛分布于除肌肉、大脑外的身体各组织。M_1与M_2有交叉免疫但与L、R无交叉免疫。 动物实验证明,不论低恶性高分化的小鼠H_(615)或高恶性低分化的HepA腹水型肝癌,不但有PyK总活力升高,基因同功酶谱均有L型活力降低,M_2型活力升高,恶性程度愈高变化愈明显。免疫沉淀法发现亚硝
Pyruvate kinase (PyK, E, C, 2, 7, 1, and 40) is one of the key enzymes in glycolysis. It has four types of isozymes, namely, L, R, M_1, and M_2 type, in which L type is distributed in the liver, kidney and small intestine, R type exists in red blood cells, M_1 type exists in muscles and brain, and M_2 type is widely distributed.
