                                以1年生臭椿幼苗为试材,采用盆栽方法,研究了不同浓度保水剂的使用对盆栽臭椿生长及叶片光合特性的影响,以期为臭椿在华北石质山区的造林及园林绿化应用提供技术参考。结果表明:施用保水剂可以提高土壤含水量、生长量和光合特性参数;不同浓度的保水剂处理对臭椿的侧根长度和数目、总干生物量、根系干质量、地上部分干质量、根冠比等均产生极显著的差异,但对地径的生长无显著影响;不同浓度保水剂明显影响臭椿的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度。综合试验结果来看,以0.100%浓度的保水剂效果最好,可以提高臭椿叶片的光合性能,提高植株的根系生长及生物量。
A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of water-retaining agent on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Ailanthus altissima. The research aimed to provide technical reference for the application of Ailanthus altissima in afforestation and landscaping in the rocky mountainous area of North China. The results showed that soil water content, growth and photosynthetic characteristics could be improved by applying water retaining agent. The effects of different water retaining agents on the length and number of lateral roots, total dry biomass, dry root mass, aboveground dry weight, And so on, but had no significant effect on the growth of soil diameter. Different concentrations of water-retaining agent significantly affected net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of Ailanthus altissima. According to the comprehensive test results, the best water-retaining agent at a concentration of 0.100% can improve the photosynthetic properties of the leaves and increase the root growth and biomass of the plants.
