高新技术企业作为国家创新的重要力量,其研发创新对于国家经济建设影响深远。研发人员是高新技术企业的核心竞争力部分,也是十分重要和有特殊要求的群体。以H公司为例,在分析企业研发创新成果奖励中存在问题的基础上,探讨了企业研发创新成果奖励机制,并提出了相应的完善研发创新成果奖励制度的合理化对策建议。
As an important force of national innovation, high-tech enterprises have far-reaching impact on their country’s economic construction due to their R & D and innovation. R & D personnel is the core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises, but also very important and have special requirements groups. Taking H company as an example, on the basis of analyzing the existing problems in R & D and innovation awards of enterprises, the reward mechanism of R & D and innovation achievements of enterprises is discussed, and the reasonable countermeasures to improve R & D innovation reward system are put forward.
