辊型结构改进目的在于在保证矫直精度前提下使凹辊对研究范围内管材表层形成的2条螺旋滚光带良好衔接,减轻滚光带之间间隙与重叠量。基于二辊矫直机凹辊对管材滚光原理,对凹辊辊型结构进行了改进,增加了专用滚光区;建立了辊型曲线滚光区长度计算的数学模型。在经过有限元试算、辊型曲线修正、有限元精算三步后,研究结果证明:辊型结构改进后,在保证矫直精度前提下,凹辊对研究范围内管材滚制所成2条滚光带重叠状况有了明显改善,表层塑性应变值由改进前的0.03~0.08降至了改进后的0.03~0.05左右。
The purpose of the roller type structure improvement is to make the concave rollers work well with the two helical roller belts formed on the pipe surface within the scope of the study under the precondition of ensuring the straightening precision and reduce the gap and overlapping amount between the roller belts. Based on the principle of roller rolling on the two-roller leveler, the concave roll structure was improved and a special rolling zone was added.
