《太原市企务公开办法》近日正式实施。这是全国第一部关于企务公开的地方性法规。这部由山西省人大常委会批准的法规共11条,对企务公开的形式、内容和时间作出了具体的规定。《办法》明确规定了企务公开的内容,包括改制或兼并方案、工资分配、劳动保护、集体合同、招待费使用情况以及企业领导人年终评议结果等。《办法》规定,企务公开的主要形式是职工大会、职工代表团(组)长联席会、公开栏和企业内部广播电视等载体。应向职代会报告的,一年不得少于一次。职工代表大会负责对本单位的企务公开实施监督, “Taiyuan City Enterprise Public Measures” has been officially implemented. This is the first local regulation on the openness of business affairs. This is a total of 11 laws and regulations approved by the Standing Committee of Shanxi Provincial People’s Congress, making specific provisions on the form, content and time of business openness. The Measures clearly stipulate the open contents of business affairs, including restructuring or mergers and acquisitions, wage distribution, labor protection, collective contracts, the use of hospitality, and year-end evaluation results of business leaders. The Measures stipulate that the main forms of business affairs publicity are carriers such as workers’ congresses, staff delegation (group) long-term meetings, public columns and in-house radio and television. Should report to the workers congress, not less than once a year. The workers’ congress is responsible for the public supervision of the unit’s business,
