以提铁后水淬二次渣为主要原料,通过胶结充填的强度试验、硬化胶凝材料浆体的红外光谱分析、差热分析、能谱分析以及微观结构的扫描电镜观察,研究了以脱硫石膏和电石渣为主激发剂,Na2SO4及水泥熟料作为辅助激发剂时,水淬二次镍渣的水化过程和产物的微观结构。结果表明:水淬二次镍渣是一种含有玻璃相与结晶态物质的充填原料,在多种激发剂的作用下,能够参与水化反应,且主要水化产物为钙矾石以及含Ca2+、Mg2+的水化硅(铝)酸盐凝胶物质CaO.(0.9–3.6)MgO.(1.2–3)SiO2.(0.25–0.5)Al2O3.(0.25–0.5)Na2O.nH2O(C–M–S–H);水化硅(铝)酸盐凝胶物质,是充填料后期水化强度的主要来源。
The main raw material of secondary slag after iron extraction is water quenching. Through the strength test of cement filling, infrared spectrum analysis, differential thermal analysis, energy spectrum analysis and microstructure observation of the hardened cementitious material slurry, Gypsum and carbide slag as the main activator, Na2SO4 and cement clinker as a secondary activator, water quenching secondary nickel slag hydration process and the microstructure of the product. The results show that the secondary nickel slag by water quenching is a kind of filling raw material containing glassy phase and crystalline material, which can participate in the hydration reaction under the action of a variety of activators. The main hydration products are ettringite and Ca2 + (0.9-3.6) MgO. (1.2-3) SiO2. (0.25-0.5) Al2O3. (0.25-0.5) Na2O.nH2O (C-M- S-H); hydrated silicon (aluminum) acid gel material, is the main source of hydration strength of the late filling material.
