目的:探讨血液吸附、血液透析滤过及血液透析3种血液净化方式对透析患者左心舒张功能及微炎性反应(超敏C反应蛋白)的影响。方法将需接受血液净化治疗的患者309例随机分为A、B、C 3组各103例。给予所有患者常规对症治疗、营养支持和特级护理,A组患者采取血液吸附净化血液,B组采取血液透析滤过净化血液, C组仅采取血液透析净化血液,血液净化治疗1个月后比较3组患者左心舒张功能及微炎性反应差异。结果治疗后A、B组左心舒张功能及微炎性反应程度相近,差异均无统计学意义( P>0.05);C组患者左心舒张功能不全及微炎性反应程度均较A、B组严重,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液吸附和血液透析滤过对透析患者左心舒张功能及微炎性反应影响较血液透析低。“,”Objective To investigate the effect of adsorption of blood,hemodiafiltration and hemodialysis three kinds of blood purification for dialysis patients on left ventricular diastolic function and micro-inflammation( high-sensitivity C-reac-tive protein). Methods 309 patients,which need to receive blood purification therapy,were randomly divided into A,B,C 3 groups,each of 103 cases. All patients were given conventional symptomatic treatment,nutritional support and intensive care. A group took the blood adsorption to purify the blood,B group took hemodiafiltration purify the blood,C group only took dialysis to purify the blood. Compared the left ventricular diastolic function and microinflammation differences of three group after a month. Results After treatment,the left ventricular diastolic function and micro-inflammation extent of A group was similar to B group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0. 05). The left ventricular diastolic dysfunction and micro-inflam-mation degree of C group were more serious than A group and B group,differences were statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Influence of hemoadsorption and hemodiafiltration on dialysis patients with left ventricular diastolic function and micro-inflammatory is lower than hemodialysis.
