体育教学是进行知识、技术和技能的传授过程,也是学生在心理上获得成功、成就感的过程。人的心理素质决定着人的社会特性。大部分学生的心理是健康的。但我们在教学中也发现一小部分学生在心理上存在着困惑、迷惘、焦虑、紧张等负面压力,出现消沉、烦恼、波动等不良情绪。这些心理疾患可在体育教学过程中通过确定的、合理的培养目标,运用切实可行的教学手段,有效地得到改善。(一)在体育教学中,引导学生提高自我意识,形成良好的自我调控能力和正确的自我评价。心理学理论与实践证明,人的心理是一个复杂
