[目的]介绍由孤雌生殖诱导系的玉米单倍体的鉴定方法。[方法]利用孤雌生殖诱导诱导系诱导的单倍体为材料,根据籽粒 Navajo 标记和 ABPI 紫色植株显性双标记系统对诱导产生的单倍体进行鉴定,对根尖细胞染色体数目进行显微观察。[结果]籽粒 Navajo 标记和 ABPI 紫色植株标记可淘汰大量杂交二倍体,细胞学鉴定可直接验证其他表型鉴别方法的准确性。[结论]以上方法对于孤雌生殖单倍体的鉴别是可靠的。这些单倍体鉴别方法各有优缺点,综合利用它们可以提高单倍体鉴定效率。
[Objective] The research aimed to introduce the identification method of maize haploid by parthenogenesis-induced line. [Method] The haploid induced by parthenogenetic induction line was used as materials. The induced haploid was identified by Navajo marker and ABPI purple plant dominant double marker system. The number of chromosomes in root tip cells Observed. [Result] Navajo marker and ABPI purple plant marker could eliminate a large number of hybrid diploids. Cytological identification could directly verify the accuracy of other phenotypic identification methods. [Conclusion] The above method is reliable for the identification of parthenogenesis haploid. These haploid identification methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, comprehensive utilization of them can improve haploid identification efficiency.
