针对采用规定粒度计算筛分效率以评价多层概率筛工艺性能方法的局限性,提出分别采用规定粒度和分配粒度作为分级粒度计算筛分效率,进行多层概率筛工艺性能综合评价的方法。该方法利用最优法计算筛分物料产率,确定规定粒度和分配粒度,分别计算两种分级粒度下的筛分效率并进行比较。若两者相差较大,表明概率筛筛分性能没有得到最大程度的发挥,可通过调整筛分参数使得分配粒度和规定粒度尽可能接近,获取概率筛的最佳分级效果。最后,将此方法应用于中联重科机制砂概率筛2GLS2030工艺性能的评价,为产品后续改进提供了重要指导。
Aiming at the limitation of using the specified particle size to calculate the screening efficiency to evaluate the performance of the multi-layer probability sieve, a method of using the specified particle size and the assigned particle size as the classification particle size to calculate the screening efficiency is proposed. The method uses the optimal method to calculate the yield of the screening material, determine the specified particle size and the distribution of particle size, respectively, and calculate the screening efficiency of the two graded particle size and compare. If the difference between the two is large, it indicates that the screening performance of the probability screen has not been maximized. By adjusting the screening parameters, the distribution granularity and the specified granularity are as close as possible to obtain the best classification result of the probability screen. Finally, this method is applied to the evaluation of the process performance of Zoomlion machine-made sand probabilistic sieve 2GLS2030, which provides important guidance for the follow-up improvement of the product.
